But he hasn’t done, has he?
Some people look at a Picasso or a Jasper Johns or a Paul Klee and say,” I could paint that.” They listen to Philip Glass or Steve Reich and say,”I could play that, it’s just noise,” I know because I’ve heard it over and over and over, until in the end I just want to say,” yes, that’s right, you could, But you haven’t, have you? And you never, ever will, because you don’t have the wit or the will.”
If you ever get told your not a real musician because you don’t play an instrument, or you don’t sing, that you can’t write music because you didn’t go to college, that your not a proper artist….
just chill with this beautifully atmospheric sound poem. It’s not Beethoven, but it doesn’t have to be. You won’t get too many dj’s battering it , it won’t be massive in the clubs, but I’ve played it twice now and I’m about to download it.
This is music that is good for your mind, your body and your soul. If you play it my advice to you is ,”don’t hesitate, go with it, tune in to that sweet tweet tweet.I dare you.”
