Playing with loops and simple sequencers was an absorbing hobby that squatter would return to over and again, but it wasn’t until a sunny day sat at the Big Chill festival that he had a bit of a revelation about what he should be doing with his life.
Within a few weeks he’d quit the day job, moved house, and was sitting in lectures learning how to produce properly.
Squatter has a distinctive style with bone crunching beats and bass darker than a coal cellar in winter. Sinister breaks and beats to influence the masses.
